The Pennsylvania Waste Industries Association (PWIA) represents private-sector waste haulers, recyclers and landfill operators in Pennsylvania and is the state Chapter of the National Waste & Recycling Association. As such, it is the principal voice of the waste and recycling industry in Pennsylvania.
